JinkoSolar Prices 3.8M ADS Offering at $16.25/ADS

JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. ("JinkoSolar" or the "Company") (NYSE: JKS), announced today that its follow-on public offering of 3,800,000 American depositary shares, or ADSs, each representing four ordinary shares of the Company at par value US$0.00002 per share, was priced at $16.25 per ADS. The offering is expected to close on September 25, 2013. JinkoSolar has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 570,000 ADSs. JinkoSolar intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, which may include expanding manufacturing capacity, the development of solar power projects and working capital. The Company's management will retain broad discretion over the use of proceeds, and the Company may ultimately use the proceeds for different purposes than what it currently intends.
