Discovery Laboratories, Inc.(NASDAQ: DSCO) yesterday after the close announced that it has enteredinto a secured loan facility with Deerfield Management Company, L.P.(Deerfield) for up to $30.0 million in financing. Deerfield is a leadinghealthcare investment firm with more than $3.5 billion of assets currentlyunder management. The stock is up nearly 22 percent at last check.
