Chuy's Holdings (NASDAQ: CHUY) announced today that it has commenced a proposed secondary public offering of 4,500,000 shares of common stock. All shares will be offered by certain existing shareholders. Certain selling shareholders also granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 675,000 shares of common stock.
