JP Morgan upgraded American Campus Communities Inc (NYSE: ACC) from Neutral to Overweight and raised the price target from $51.00 to $53.00.JP Morgan commented, "We believe ACC has one of the best intermediate-term growth prospects in the REIT space due to its big development pipeline and continued positive core growth.
