Trunkbow Special Committee Selects Advisors to Consider $1.46/Share Offer

Trunkbow International Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: TBOW) today announced that the special committee of its board of directors (the "Special Committee"), formed to consider a proposal from Hou Wanchun, Chairman of the board of directors of the Company, and Li Qiang, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company (together, the "Consortium Members"), pursuant to which the Consortium Members propose to acquire all of the outstanding shares of the Company's common stock (the "Shares") not beneficially owned by the Consortium Members at a price of US$1.46 per Share in cash (the "Proposal"), and any potential alternative transactions involving the Company, has retained Shearman & Sterling LLP as its legal counsel and Duff & Phelps, LLC as its financial advisor to assist it in consideration of such matters.The Company cautions the shareholders and others considering trading in its securities that the Special Committee is continuing its evaluation of the Proposal and no decisions have been made with respect to the Company's response to the Proposal.
