Acacia Research Corporation (NASDAQ: ACTG) Advanced Data Access LLC subsidiary has entered into a license agreement with International Business Machines Corporation. The license agreement resolves litigation initiated by Advanced Data Access LLC that was pending in the Eastern District of Texas.
