The father and daughter Doctors of Dental Surgery partners at Chimon Family Dentistry in Albertson, NY, have launched their practice's new website to coincide with newly expanded digital and esthetic services available on the North Shore of Long Island. Dr. Morris Chimon has provided comprehensive general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and restorative dentistry to patients for more than 35 years. Dr. Jenna Chimon joined him in the family-owned practice in 2019.
"It was time for a new website to reflect our technologically advanced practice," Dr. Morris Chimon said. "We've transitioned to a digital dental practice over the past several years. This includes many updates, ranging from electronic medical records to state-of-the-art, low-radiation Cone Beam 3D Imaging, soft tissue lasers, electronic apex (root) locators, and oral cancer screenings using specialized lights," he explained.
The digital transition and investments in technology lead to better diagnostic and treatment outcomes while offering greater patient comfort. "We offer noise-canceling headphones, digital intraoral cameras, and chairside televisions to reduce stress and help patients relax," Dr. Jenna Chimon said.
In addition to providing preventative and diagnostic treatments, Chimon Family Dentistry is also a leading provider of dental implants, implant-supported dental bridges, and mini dental implants, which replace missing teeth using less invasive techniques.
