John Wiley & Sons shares rose 0.02% to $51.33 in after-hours trading.Shares of Lululemon Athletica (NASDAQ: LULU) surged 12.45% on Friday after the company reported around 50% rise in its second-quarter earnings and lifted its fiscal 2012 forecast. Lululemon shares fell 0.18% to $77.00 in the after-hours trading session.Infosys Ltd (NASDAQ: INFY) announced its plans to acquire Lodestone Holding AG for an enterprise value of 330 million swiss francs ($350 million) in cash. Infosys shares rose 2.26% to close at $45.66 on Friday. The deal is likely to close by the end of October 2012.
