Los Angeles, California--(Newsfile Corp. - September 7, 2022) - The Schall Law Firm, a national shareholder rights litigation firm, announces that it is investigating claims on behalf of investors of Peloton Interactive, Inc. ("Peloton" or "the Company") (NASDAQ:PTON) for violations of the securities laws.
The investigation focuses on whether the Company issued false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose information pertinent to investors. Peloton admitted in an August 29, 2022, SEC filing that it would fail to file its annual report for the year ending June 30, 2022, in a timely manner. The Company stated that it needed additional time to properly address disclosures related to long-lived asset impairment charges. Based on this news, shares of Peloton dropped by 8.5% on the next day.
