Some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are:Bristol-Myers Squibb Co (NYSE: BMY) agreed to acquire Amylin Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: AMLN) for around $5 billion in cash. Bristol-Myers Squibb shares dropped 0.76% to $35.68 in after-hours trading, while Amylin Pharmaceuticals shares rose 0.18% to $28.25 in after-hours trading.Shares of Finish Line (NASDAQ: FINL) jumped 11.94% on Friday after the company reported an upbeat first-quarter profit. Finish Line shares closed at $20.91 on Friday.Wall Street expects Acuity Brands (NYSE: AYI) to report its Q3 earnings at $0.78 per share on revenue of $491.70 million. Acuity Brands shares rose 4.11% to close at $50.91 on Friday.Shares of Constellation Brands (NYSE: STZ) surged 24.36% on Friday after the company announced its plans to acquire the remaining 50% stake in Crown Imports from Anheuser-Busch InBev (NYSE: BUD) for $1.85 billion. The company also reported a drop in its first-quarter profit. Constellation Brands shares rose 0.11% to $27.09 in the after-hours trading session. Shares of Fushi Copperweld (NASDAQ: FSIN) gained 10.70% on Friday after the company agreed to be taken private by its Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Li Fu, and Abax Global Capital (Hong Kong) Limited at $9.50 per share in cash. Fushi Copperweld shares dropped 1.61% to $8.55 in after-hours trading.
