Theratechnologies (NASDAQ: THER) is trading significantly lower on the session following its regulatory update on Tesamorelin this morning. The company announced that it received a notice of non-compliance from the Therapeutic Products Directorate of Health Canada regarding the NDS of Tesamorelin. Theratechnologies also announced its commercial partners in the EU and Brazil have withdrawn their marketing authorization applications. The Company said it is currently assessing the impact of these recent developments on its strategic objectives. The shares of Theratechnologies are currently trading at $0.79, a loss of $1.07 or 57.53%.
