Tiffany reported a weaker-than-expected first-quarter profit and lowered its 2012 profit forecast. American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp (NASDAQ: MTGE) dipped 3.32% to $23.03 in the pre-market session. MTGE announced its plans to make a public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock.
