The New York Federal Reserve purchased $4.962 billion in U.S. Treasury debt during its permanent open market operations (POMO) today as part of its Operation Twist program.Dealers submitted $19.380 billion worth of debt, with the government receiving almost four bids for every one it accepted.Maturities purchased were from 11/30/2017 - 11/15/2019.For a full list of CUSIPs purchased, please visit the NY Fed's website
