The rule, proposed by President Obama, is supported by former Fed Chairman Paul Volcker.Major financial institutions, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo and Citigroup will be affected by the Volcker Rule.
