Orion Engineered Carbons Directors Buying Shares of the Company

Orion Engineered Carbons S.A. (NYSE:OEC) (the "Company" or "Orion"), a worldwide supplier of specialty and high-performance Carbon Black, today announced that three directors of its Board of Directors have purchased Orion stock. Mr. Dan Smith has purchased a total of 10,000 common shares of the Company, acquired at an average price of $12.66 per share. Mr. Paul Huck has purchased a total of 10,000 common shares of the Company, acquired at $13.77 per share. Ms. Kerry Galvin has purchased a total of 3,500 common shares of the Company, acquired at an average price of $13.17 per share.
