Nomad Foods Limited (NYSE: NOMD) today announced its intention to offer 20,000,000 of its ordinary shares through an underwritten public offering. In connection with the offering, Nomad Foods expects to grant to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 3,000,000 additional ordinary shares. All of the ordinary shares to be sold in the offering are to be sold by Nomad Foods.

Nomad Foods intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is acting as representative and Barclays, Citigroup, Credit Suisse and UBS Investment Bank are acting as book-running managers for the offering.
