Dan Nathan spoke on CNBC's "Options Action" about high options activity in Square Inc (NYSE:SQ). He said that calls outnumbered puts 1.5 to 1 and nine of the 10 most active strikes were call options.

There was one trade that caught Nathan's attention. It was the second most active strike of the day. Somebody bought around 3,500 contracts of the January 50 puts for $1.60. The trade breaks even at $48.40 or 23.14 percent below the current stock price.
