OFS Capital Corporation (NASDAQ:OFS) ("OFS Capital"), a business development company, announced that its 6.50% notes due 2025 (the "Notes") will begin trading today on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol "OFSSZ". On October 16, 2018, OFS Capital issued $46,025,000 aggregate principal amount of the Notes, which included a partial exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option. OFS Capital may issue up to an additional $4,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Notes, pursuant to the underwriters' overallotment option, on or before November 10, 2018.
