The Board of Directors of Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE:BMI) today authorized a 15% increase in its quarterly common stock dividend to $0.15 per share from $0.13 per share. The increased dividend is payable September 14, 2018, to shareholders of record on August 31, 2018. The new annual dividend rate for common stock is $0.60 per share.

"I am proud of the fact that we have increased dividends for twenty-six consecutive years. This year's increase demonstrates the continuing confidence we have in the cash generation potential of Badger Meter, as well as our ongoing commitment to shareholder value," said Richard A. Meeusen, chairman and chief executive officer.
