He said call options in the name outnumbered puts 1.5 to 1 and the most active option was the March 2, 180 strike call. Around 36,000 contracts were traded for the average price of $1. The trade breaks even at $181 or 1.13 percent above the current market price. Nathan explained that traders are looking for a break out in Apple before the Friday expiration.
