LDK Solar Co., Ltd (NYSE: LDK) shares are down sharply today, losing 78 cents or 9.5% to $7.43 after the company delayed a debt offering today. LDK Solar Co., Ltd., through its subsidiaries, engages in the design, development, manufacture, and marketing of photovoltaic products; and development of power plant projects.
