McDonald's Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.61

On May 18, 2011, McDonald's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.61 per share of common stock, payable on June 15, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2011.
