Visteon Agrees To Sell Automotive Lighting Business for $92M

Visteon Corp (NYSE:

) reported that it has agreed to sell its automotive lighting business to Varroc Group for $92 million in cash. The automotive lighting business made revenue of $531 million in 2011. The transaction is likely to complete in the third quarter of 2012. Visteon shares closed at $53.11 on Friday.
