Deutsche Bank Hires Ed Wehle as Global Head of Technology Services

Deutsche Bank today announced that it has hired Ed Wehle as a Managing Director in Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking Coverage. Wehle will become the Global Head of Technology Services. He will be based in New York and report to Mark Keene, Global co-head of TMT investment banking coverage. Wehle joins from Citigroup where he spent his entire career, most recently as Head of Global Services.

"He has built one of the leading services franchises over the course of his nearly 23 year career. In a sector that continues to evolve, our clients will benefit tremendously from his experience providing strategic and actionable advice as they navigate the opportunities ahead."

Deutsche Bank continues to invest in its Americas Corporate Finance business. This is the 13th Managing Director hire it has announced since the beginning of the year and the second for TMT. In May the bank named Tommaso Zanobini Global Head of Financial Technology. The bank has also made hires in M&A, Healthcare, FIG and Industrials Investment Banking.
