Pandora Media Inc (NYSE:P) won't be taken over and the stock is a dead money, believes Cramer.

Cramer likes the last quarter of Yelp Inc (NYSE:YELP) because it said to him that the company can stay independent. If the large tech companies haven't killed it yet, Yelp is going to make it, added Cramer. He likes the stock.
