On CNBC's Mad Money, Jim Cramer said Tesla Inc (NASDAQ:TSLA) is trading higher because it has great cars. He didn't want to compare it to Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) and Alphabet Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL), because the former has huge cash flows and the latter has great earnings, while Tesla is doing well only because people love its cars.

Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE) doesn't have a growth that Cramer likes and he wouldn't buy the stock.

UnitedHealth Group Inc (NYSE:UNH) is one of Cramer's absolute favorite stocks. He thinks that it's going to do well no matter what healthcare plan comes out.
