Forum Merger Corporation (NASDAQ:FMCIU, the "Company" or "Forum"))) announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 15,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to be listed in on The NASDAQ Capital Market ("NASDAQ") and trade under the ticker symbol "FMCIU" beginning April 7, 2017. Each unit consists of one share of Class A common stock, one half of one warrant, each whole warrant to purchase one share of Class A common stock at a price of $11.50 per whole share, and one right to receive one-tenth of one share of Class A common stock upon the consummation of the Company's initial business combination. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A common stock, rights and warrants are expected to be listed on NASDAQ under the symbols "FMCI," "FMCIR," and "FMCIW," respectively.

The underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,250,000 units offered by the Company to cover over-allotments, if any.

The offering is expected to close on April 12, 2017 subject to customary closing conditions.

EarlyBirdCapital, Inc., acted as sole book-running manager and FBR, Chardan and I-Bankers Securities, Inc. acted as co-managers of the offering.
