Puda Coal, Inc. (NYSE: PUDA) today announced operating results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2010.
Fourth quarter revenue totaled $90.5 million, up 50.3% year over year
Net income was $4.4 million or $0.18 per fully diluted share, as compared to $2.3 million, or $0.15 per fully diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2009. Excluding the $0.3 million in non-cash gains related to the fair value of derivative warrants, adjusted net income rose 9.8% to $4.1 million, or $0.18 per fully diluted share
