Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) announced that its Board of Directors declared the company's cash dividend for the first quarter of 2011 in the amount of $0.15 per share of common stock, increasing the dividend by $0.05 per share from the prior quarter's dividend. \

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2011 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2011.
