First Hawaiian Inc (NASDAQ:FHB) is a long-term buy, thinks Cramer. He added that a long position in the name would have to be a multi-year hold.

Cramer likes E*TRADE Financial Corp (NASDAQ:ETFC). He thinks it's going to benefit from higher interest rates. He isn't concerned with lower commissions.
