It was appropriately titled, “Manic Monday.”Nearly 30 years later, Benzinga's own Hilary Farrell is making Mondays a bit less maniacal – and much more memorable – with muffins.Hot on the heels of our cupcake conundrum (in which I single-handedly attempted to eat all the cupcakes), Hilary's muffins came just in time to save our stomachs from starvation, and to sweeten our tongues with something tasty and delish.Without her support, the Benzinga crew might have been in trouble. While staff writer Joe Young has attempted to persuade Brett (AKA “the new guy”) to pick up a dozen Dunkin' Donuts before coming into the office, his claim that new staffers must supply the crew with baked goods has ultimately failed.Thankfully, Hilary has once again come to the rescue, ensuring that the Benzinga staff can survive another day.
