TZA closed at $38.91, and had a volume of 13.01M traded shares. iPath S&P 500 VIX Short-Term Futures ETN (NYSE: VXX) fell 6.44% today. This was the second trading session in a row that VXX closed lower. Direxion Daily Real Estate Bear 3X (ETF) (NYSE: DRV) traded 5.92% lower on Friday. Essex Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: ESS) gained 3.06%, and First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: FR) added 4.09%.
