HARTFORD, Conn., Dec. 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Virtus Investment Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRTS), which operates a multi-manager asset management business, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2016.
The dividend will be paid on February 10, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 31, 2017. Future declarations of quarterly dividends will be subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
