AG Mortgage Investment Trust, Inc. (NYSE: MITT) (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.475 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2016. The dividend is payable on January 31, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 19, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of December 15, 2016.
