Former United States Securities and Exchange Commission attorney Willie Briscoe and the securities litigation firm of Powers Taylor LLP are investigating potential claims against the Board of Directors of Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. ("Brocade") (NASDAQ: BRCD) concerning the acquisition by Broadcom Limited.
