Jim Cramer advised his viewer on CNBC's Mad Money not to sell Coupa Software Inc (NASDAQ: COUP). He thinks that the stock is probably going to decline to $21 or $22 and he would buy more at that price level.

Marathon Oil Corporation (NYSE: MRO) is going to trade higher to $16, but that is its ceiling because it's not as high quality as the other stocks, said Cramer. He added that fossil fuels are going to be out of favor if Hillary Clinton wins the election.
