(CSE:EVG)(CSE:EVG.CN)(FRANKFURT:EV7)(OTC PINK: EVOGF) (the "Company") announced that it has granted 149,000 incentive stock options to a consultant to the Company. The options have an exercise price of $0.50 per share, and a term of five years.
The options have been granted in accordance with the Company's Stock Option Plan.
