Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (Nasdaq: JKHY) today announced that its Board of Directors has increased the quarterly cash dividend by 11 percent to $.105 per share. The cash dividend on its common stock, par value $.01 per share, is payable on March 10, 2011, to stockholders of record as of February 22, 2011. At February 1, 2011, there were 86,572,527 shares of the common stock outstanding.
