Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated (NASDAQ: COKE) disclosed that its Board has declared a dividend $0.25 per share for the third quarter on its Common Stock and Class B Common Stock. On a full year basis, it represented $1.00 a share.

The company's dividend provided a yield of 0.7 percent, which was lower than the five year average yield of 1.10 percent. Its dividend represented 25 percent payout ratio, which is also lower than the five-year average payout ratio of 32.0 percent.

Coca-Cola Bottling said it would pay the dividend to its shareholders on August 12 subjective to the names appearing on July 29.

On Friday, the stock dropped 1.56 percent.
