(NYSE: SKT), announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.325 per share for the second quarter ending June 30, 2016. A cash dividend of $0.325 per share will be payable on August 15, 2016 to holders of record on July 29, 2016.
Since becoming a public company in May 1993, the Company has paid a cash dividend each quarter and has increased its dividend each year.
