NEW YORK, July 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Attorney Advertising -- Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC reminds investors that a class action lawsuit has been filed against Code Rebel Corporation ("Code Rebel" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: CDRB) and certain of its officers.  The class action was filed on behalf of a class consisting of all persons or entities who purchased Code Rebel securities between August 17, 2015 through May 5, 2016, both dates inclusive (the "Class Period").

Code Rebel Corporation is an American technology company founded by Arben Kane and headquartered in Kahului, Hawaii.

On May 6, 2016, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") issued an order suspending the trading of Code Rebel's stock.  In its order, the SEC cited "there is a lack of accurate information concerning the securities of Code Rebel…because of questions regarding the accuracy of statements in CDRB's Forms 10-Q for the quarters ended June 30, 2015 and September 30, 2015, and the Form 10-K for the year ending December 31, 2015, concerning the company's assets and financial condition."  According to the SEC's order, Code Rebel is suspended until May 20, 2016.

The Complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period defendants issued false and misleading statements to investors and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Code Rebel's financial statements contained errors concerning its assets and financial condition; and (2) consequentially, Code Rebel's public statements were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times.

A class action lawsuit has already been filed. If you wish to review a copy of the Complaint you can visit the firm's site: http://www.bgandg.com/#!cdrb/mfz57 or you may contact Peretz Bronstein, Esq. or his Investor Relations Analyst, Yael Hurwitz of Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC at 212-697-6484 or via email info@bgandg.com.  Those who inquire by e-mail are encouraged to include their mailing address and telephone number.  If you suffered a loss in Code Rebel you have until July 11, 2016 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff.  Your ability to share in any recovery doesn't require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
