WHEELING, W.Va., May 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- WesBanco, Inc. (NASDAQ: WSBC), a multi-state bank holding company with total assets of approximately $8.6 billion, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share to be paid to its holders of common stock. The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2016 to shareholders of record on June 10, 2016, and represents an annualized cash dividend rate of $0.96 per common share.
