MicroFinancial Incorporated (Nasdaq: MFI) announced today that the Board of Directors of MicroFinancial Incorporated declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per common share payable on February 15, 2011, to holders of record of MFI common stock at the close of business on February 1, 2011. This dividend represents the same amount per common share as the last dividend paid by MFI, in November 2010.
