Boeing To Webcast Annual Investor Conference On May 11

Boeing Co (NYSE: BA) disclosed it would webcast its annual investor conference to be held on May 11. The company indicated the conference would commence at about 9:15 a.m. Pacific time.

Boeing said its Chairman, President and CEO, Dennis Muilenburg would participate in the investors conference. Other top executives to participate in the conference included its CFO, Greg Smith, Commercial Airplanes President and CEO, Ray Conner, and EVP Leanne Caret.

The event would be webcast at http://event.on24.com/wcc/r/1181616/B5AF80C8FED22C0783C9F43E6A76D2B5 . Boeing indicated that the meeting would end at approximately 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

The company stated the presentation materials would be posted to the Investors section of www.boeing.com before the event. The aero plane maker said instructions for obtaining the required free downloadable software would be posted on the site. The company also said that individuals should check the website before the session to ensure their computers can access the audio stream and slide presentation.

Shares of the company traded 0.63 percent down on Friday.
