What Did Mark Madoff Actually Know?

Mark Madoff, the son of Bernie Madoff, committed suicide over the weekend.Gary Kaminsky is on CNBC lambasting the other mainstream media for saying that the sons didn't know about what Bernie was actually doing. Kamisnky said discussions amongst the family member had to have occurred and Mark had to have known about his father's criminal activities.Ken Langone said it's an awful tragedy especially for Mark Madoff's children, who will now be without their father for the rest of their lives. Despite the loss of billions of dollars in investors' funds, Langone is saying that a family is now torn apart because of the deeds done by Bernie. His children don't speak to their mother, Ruth, and it is unclear even if Bernie will ask to be released from prison to attend his son's funeral.My personal opinion is that Langone and Kaminksy are absolutely right and common sense tells you that the plans were discussed at the dinner table, family get-togethers or over lunch. There is no possible way everyone in the family wasn't at last aware of what was going on. They may not have known all the day to day minutiae or every single detail, but I will believe for the rest of my life that they all knew.
