The Valspar Corporation (NYSE: VAL) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors have declared a quarterly dividend of 18 cents per share, payable January 14, 2011 to all common stockholders of record on December 27, 2010. The 18 cent dividend represents a 2 cent, or 12.5 percent, increase from the dividend in place over the last four quarters.
