Novocure Ltd (NASDAQ: NVCR) is a pure speculative stock and traders should understand that if they want to buy it, said Cramer. He added that the market is not kind on the speculative stocks at the moment.

Instead of buying Nokia Corporation (ADR) (NYSE: NOK), Cramer would rather buy Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), because it has a good balance sheet, a 4 percent dividend yield and better growth prospects.
