Scott Bauer of Trading Advantage shared with the viewers of Bloomberg Markets his options trading strategy for C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHRW). He thinks that C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. is a great company, with great financials, but it has some major headwinds going into earnings report. The trucking and logistics sector is going to have problems because of slowing economy, believes Bauer. He wants to make a bearish bet using options and he wants to buy the February 62.50 / 60 put spread for $0.70. The break even for the trade is at $61.80 and he can make a maximal profit of $1.80, if the stock drops to or below $60 after the earnings. The premium paid is the maximal amount that he can lose.
