Cooper Tire & Rubber Company (NYSE: CTB) today announced it has established a sales office in São Paulo, Brazil, under the leadership of Durval Amaral, Cooper Brazil's General Manager. The São Paulo office will help further the company's Latin America expansion while supporting local distributors and dealers in building the Cooper brands.
