Total revenues for the quarter ended September 30, 2010 were $124,000, a decrease of 53% compared to $262,000 for the same period in 2009. Net loss decreased 45%, or $716,000, to $869,000 for the three months ended September 30, 2010, compared to $1.6 million for the same period in 2009. The decrease was primarily due to lower overall operating expenses.
